Cosmetic Clutter Solutions: Manicure/Pedicure Supplies

Ever since I became a full-on DIY manicure and pedicure gal, I have acquired a myriad of products to help me achieve the best at-home manicure possible. Before the transition, I could contain my modest collection of manicure supplies in a small cosmetic bag tucked away under my bathroom sink. Since I have decided to use CND Shellac* rather than traditional nail polish, my collection of manicure supplies has grown considerably as the application and removal of CND Shellac requires a UV light, pure acetone, 99% isopropyl rubbing alcohol, and various other items.

The point is – tucking my supplies away underneath the bathroom sink is no longer an option. My growing collection of supplies has since moved to a shelf in our guest bedroom. However, I’ve been frustrated by the cluttered and disorganized appearance; and since I typically do my nails in the living room to take advantage of the ample natural lighting, this means many trips back and forth to gather the items I need.

I’ve been on a bit of an organization kick for a while now, and yesterday I decided it was time to tackle the manicure supplies. With the assistance of a versatile utility caddy meant for art and craft supplies and a couple of empty plastic containers, my manicure supplies have never been as organized or easily accessible.

How do you keep your cosmetic clutter organized and accessible?

*Please note: Shellac is a professional only product, to be applied and removed at a salon by a trained professional; I am a licensed Master Cosmetologist.

These wooden baskets works well. We can store our most tine things in it, cosmetic, jewellery. And many other house hold things can be stored in it. It gives the elegant look.
