I came across this video, which highlights some of the “prominent hairstyles which have evolved with the human race over the years,” from a friend of mine who posted it on Facebook. Appropriately, that friend was also my mentor and an excellent teacher when I was learning to become a hairdresser.

Apart from leaving out many ethnic hairstyles, as well as some recent trends (like Victoria Beckham’s asymmetrical bob) – what hairstyles would you have liked to have seen included in this video? What were your favorite hairstyles in this video?
