Ever since I discovered—and fell in love with—Suave’s Keratin Infusion Dry Shampoo, I’ve become quite the fan of Suave beauty. So I was beyond excited to give the new Suave Keratin Infusion Heat Defense Leave-In Conditioner ($3-4 for a 5.1 oz bottle) a try when Suave sent me the lovely Fashion Star viewing kit last week.
Here’s what Suave has to say about the new Keratin Infusion Leave-In Conditioner:
It’s a lightweight crème designed to smooth and protect hair from damage from heat. It can be applied to damp or dry hair, but I prefer to apply it to damp hair. Here are the exact directions:
Apply a dime-sized amount to damp or dry hair from mid-shaft to ends. Comb through to distribute evenly. Style as desired.
The first thing that I noticed about this leave-in conditioner is the scent, which is lovely. I’ve always used leave-in conditioners in the form of sprays, but never in the form of a crème. After blow drying my hair with a large round brush I was very pleased with the smoothness and shine created by Suave’s leave-in conditioner.
The Suave Keratin Infusion Heat Defense Leave-In Conditioner bottle states that it’s “Salon proven to moisturize as well as Kérastase Resistance Ciment Thermique.” I’ve never tried this product, but as a huge fan of Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream, I have to say that Suave’s new leave-in conditioner is truly just as good, and definitely worth trying.
