This is “Like to be Bad,” one of the four shades that make up Essie’s 2012 Wedding Collection. Though I’m not sure what the name of this polish has to do with love or marriage, I do like the color. Like to be Bad is an opaque, pale matte pink. It reminds me of a pink smoothie.
What do you think of this shade? Love it, or not for you?

I haven’t tried it personally, but GelColor by OPI has a shade called Princesses Rule, which looks pretty close from what I can see on their website.
