Love her or hate her, you have to admit that despite forgetting to wear pants — Miley Cyrus looked GREAT at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards. Even if that does actually qualify as a ‘dress,’ it looks more like an ill-fitting suit jacket; that being said, Pilates is clearly paying off for her. Apart from the unfortunate dress choice, she has never looked better. Her makeup is flawless and her hair color and style are stunning. The bouncy, super-voluminous hair, smoky eye and pale matte lip remind me of Brigitte Bardot. She’s clearly grown up and is proud to flaunt it, and who can blame her?
