I’ve mentioned before that I am a big fan of using a highlighter to draw attention to certain features and reduce the appearance of shadows (see here). Always on the lookout for new makeup, I decided to give the RevitaLash Spotlight Highlighting Pencil a try. Designed to add a touch of shimmery light to the brow bone, the highlighter goes on as a crème and blends to a powdery finish. It’s extremely easy to apply and blend.
In addition to highlighting the eye area, the pencil can also be applied under lip gloss for a brighter and fuller appearance. I really liked how the highlighter looked under my current favorite lip gloss, Chanel Lèvres Scintillantes Glossimer in Volupte.
Here is a complete breakdown of my likes and dislikes of the RevitaLash Spotlight Highlighting Pencil.
As you can see, I’m a fan! The pencil is currently available in one shade, but I would like to see RevitaLash release additional shades, e.g. golden based, matte, etc. Overall, the pencil is a definitely worth trying if you’re in the market fora highlighter.
