FRAAS Tech Gloves..stay toasty and well connected this Winter! (Review)

Oh boy. It’s almost that time of year again. When it becomes so cold that it becomes physically painful to venture outside without a hat, scarf and mittens.

For years I have worn a cute pair of “convertible” gloves given to me by my sweet husband during our first Christmas together (very similar to these). I don’t know if that’s the official name for this type of glove, but I heard them referred to as such some time ago and it makes sense to me (they’re also sometimes referred to as ‘pop-top’ gloves).

Convertible or pop-top gloves are essentially fingerless gloves with a flap that can be adjusted to either cover your fingers (like a mitten) or can be flipped back to allow easy access to things that require more dexterity, usually a touch screen device. In my case, an iPhone and/or iPad.

While the convertible gloves from El-hubs have served me well over the years, their age is starting to show and it’s probably time to consider getting a new pair. Luckily, FRAAS happened to reach out recently with an offer to try the FRAAS Tech Gloves, and invited me to share my thoughts with you.

And guess what? They work pretty darn well! If I had my druthers, I’d like for the gloves to fit a bit more snugly (that being said, I have petite hands). The tech-compatible fingertip pads work without issue about 90% of the time, which you can see in the video above. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with these tech-friendly gloves! And here is the great news, they’re very fairly priced at under $30/pair. To learn more, visit the FRAAS website.

Love! I hate those cold mornings in the car trying to drive with a freezing steering wheel!

I bought my husband a pair of tech friendly gloves that turned out to not keep his hands warm at all. They were a lot more money than these too. He ended up returning them since he felt they were too much money. Of course he wouldn’t wear this style but he might with a less feminine style

Good to know Marcia! I saw some convertible gloves that were pretty unisex at Target, that may be a good option for him as well. I have seen tech gloves for men somewhere, but I can’t remember at the moment. I bet if GQ or Esquire do a ‘holiday gift guide’ you could find something that would help. Good luck! :)
